Duties & Responsibilities:
  • Assists in preventive maintenance, calibration, audit, repairs, condemnation, decommissioning and discarding of medical equipment.
    • Executes in-house technical services and products such as, but not limited to, PMS, diagnosis, medical device testing equipment, spare parts, applications training, etc.
    • Maintains the PMS Calendar and regularly updates monitoring records on all assets serviced by the company.
  • Will also be trained in technical support, customer service and relationship management activities with WPI clients.
