✔️ Warranty Coverage

  • Covers manufacturing defects in material and workmanship
  • Applies to core devices purchased from Wellness PRO directly
  • Valid for 1 year from the original invoice date
  • Only for products used within the Philippines and as per product manual

❌ Not Covered

  • Damage due to negligence, mishandling, or failure to follow operating instructions
  • Improper installation or repairs by unauthorized personnel
  • Altered or modified products
  • Use of accessories that affect performance or safety
  • Usage beyond voltage specifications
  • Tampered, removed, or defaced serial numbers
  • Damages from natural disasters (e.g., floods, lightning, earthquakes)

🔁 Exchanged/Repair Process

  • Company will repair, replace, or refund (at their option) if defect is found
  • Must be returned in original packaging
  • Free of charge (except mobilization)
  • Only valid after inspection and approval by Wellness PRO
